the location was superb i could easily walk to many attractions a convenience store across the street proved useful the room included a king size bed which i found very comfortable
the absence of a heated towel rack in the bathroom was a minor inconvenience

Rui's cocktails are excellent. I appreciate his talent for creating delicious drinks. he knows what is happening in the city, providing helpful recommendations. rui makes sure guests feel cared for, which i found particularly good.
The hotel music seemed rather loud. I noticed it was competing with street noise.

We arrived at the accommodation after a disappointing experience elsewhere, and they accommodated us immediately. The rooms are quite spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel offers room service, perfect for breakfast. I was pleased that they provided gluten-free options like bread and muffins. The staff was reassuring and helpful regarding my allergy needs.
Clothing storage was somewhat minimal with just a shelving unit plus baskets rather than drawers. I also thought that the restaurant was not that great.

The staff were friendly and cute. The location made exploring easy.
The noise was quite disruptive. Street noise went on late into the night. (I could hear everything!) the room was smaller than expected. There was barely enough space to open my luggage without putting it on the bed.
